Can I use my insurance?

Dr. Jenks does not participate in any insurance plans but provides an itemized billing statement that patients can submit for partial reimbursement, depending on the plan. Payment in full is due at the time of service.

Where is the office located?

The office is at the corner of Liberty and Main Streets, next to Starbucks. The front entrance is secured, but an electronic intercom system allows entry. Select “360 Consultations” on the keypad, and someone will buzz you in. Take the elevator to the third floor, follow the signs to 360, and wait in either the main or upstairs waiting room.

Where can I park?

Metered street parking is available, and there are several surface lots and garages close by, including those at Washington and Fourth, William and Ashley, and Fourth and William.

What are the office hours?

Office hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Afterschool times are the most popular and are reserved for established patients. Initial evaluations are scheduled in the mornings and early afternoons.
